With a sound understanding of the behaviour of PPPs in the environment, we contribute to the identification and quantification of important degradation and transport processes in the soil and input pathways in ground- and surface waters. For this purpose, we use the combination of laboratory and field trials with in-house chemical trace analysis and computer simulations.
