On the one hand, the Swiss winemaking sector faces a market in competition with the rest of the world, and regulations strongly influenced by Europe. On the other hand, it is regional and diversified. Consequently, Agroscope is called upon/led to take part in the evaluation of new oenological practices in the Swiss context in support of professional and institutional clients (FOAG, OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine), Agridea, Vitiswiss, the Cantons, Swiss and Swiss-German forums).
