Cisgenic Potatoes with Improved Late Blight Resistance (Agroscope)

The permit for the field trial submitted by Agroscope was granted by the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) on 21 April 2015. Two cisgenic potato lines with improved resistance to potato late blight were planted in April 2015. In the second year, in April 2016, an additional six lines were planted.

Wheat with Improved Powdery Mildew Resistance (University of Zurich)

The first field season was launched in 2014. In March 2019, the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) authorised the continuation of the field trials studying new wheat lines for a further five years.
