At the Agro-Food Innovation Forum on Thursday 28 November, the ‘SF Institute for Intelligent Systems and Smart Farming of the OST University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland will be officially welcomed as the new Agroscope partner at the Tänikon site, including the Living Lab.

Where do the opportunities and limits of drones, robots, AI and automation lie? That is the key topic of the Agro-Food Innovation Forum to be held on Thursday 28 November at Agroscope’s Tänikon site. Deadline for registration is 21 November.

Leading companies, start-ups and research institutions will be presenting practical examples on the topic of drones, robots, AI and automation at the Fifth Agro-Food Innovation Forum.

New institute to be inaugurated

The partners – Agroscope, Swiss Future Farm and Arenenberg – will share the latest developments from research. Furthermore, the ‘SF Institute for Intelligent Systems and Smart Farming of the OST University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland will be officially inaugurated. Immediately afterwards we’ll go behind the scenes of this new institute at the Tänikon research site in Thurgau, including the Living Lab. Agroscope is looking forward to having a new partner at the site and to the new skills for joint projects at the Swiss Future Farm and the Smart Technologies Experimental Station.
