We will meet at Intercity Airport Hotel.

Saturday June 22

16.00 to 22.00 : welcome desk and distribution of the participant’s bags
18.30 : welcome reception

Sunday June 23

08.00 to 09.15 : welcome desk and distribution of the participant's bags
09.45 : departure of the busesfrom the IntercityHotel Frankfurt airport.

Program
Saturday, June 22	Arrival in Intercity Airport Hotel Frankfurt, check in at hotel. Registration for the Pre-symposium tour between 16:00 till 22:00. Hotel booking through registration form, payment directly to the hotel.
Sunday, June 23	Registration for the Pre-symposium tour between 8:00 am till 9:15 am. Buses will leave on schedule at 10:00 am. Farms: floricane and primocane raspberry production under tunnel blackberry Under rainshelter, red currants in the open field. Arrival in hotel Best Western / 4 Jahreszeiten in Durbach.
Monday, June 24	Buses leave on schedule at 8:00 am. Farms: gooseberries under shelter, floricane raspberries, red currants, black currants, organic production. Arrival in hotel Super 8 in Freiburg.
Tuesday, June 25	Buses leave on schedule at 7:30 am. Scenic drive via black forest to the lake Constance. Farm at the lake: blackberry and raspberry under tunnel. Arrival in Zürich at 3:30 pm.

Shuttle airport to the hotel
The Intercity Airport Hotel is located in the south of the Frankfurt Airport and offers a free shuttle service between 4:45 and 00:30 am, every 30 minutes. The shuttle leaves at : Terminal 1: exit B5 on the arrival level, bus stop: Hotel bus, lane 3 and 4 Terminal 2: Exit D/E, bus stop: Hotel bus, lane 3 and 4

Pre-Symposium Fee
The fee (CHF 520.00) for the pre-symposium tour includes : Accommodation in the hotel Best Western plus Vierjahreszeiten in Durbach, Germany (23^rd of June) Accommodation in the hotel Super 8 in Freiburg, Germany (24^th of June) Lunch from Sunday 23^rd until Tuesday 25^th of June Beverages on tour Dinner on Sunday, 23^rd of June Tour information
The fee of the pre-symposium tour does not include the accommodation at the Intercity Airport Hotel Frankfurt on the 22^nd of June which has to be paid directly to the hotel by each participant. The organizers pre-booked rooms until 1^st of March 2019 at the special rate of : EUR 78.00 for a single room (CHF 95.00) EUR 95.00 for a double room (CHF 115.00) - Booking of those rooms has to be indicated on the registration form. - Accommodations before the 22^nd of June have to be done in your own responsibility.
