131 datasets for conventional and organic crop production of Switzerland over the regions plain, hill and mountain region were published in the ecoinvent database version 3.11. Production of the most important agricultural crops were modelled, like different cereal crops, maize, potato, etc., as well as protein crops, oil-bearing crops, vegetables, fruits and grapes. The datasets were modeled as a sectoral average with SALCAfuture according to the SALCA method (Nemecek et al., 2024, https://ira.agroscope.ch/de-CH/publication/55153). Input data was based on available data of the years 2017-2023 from data sources like Agristat, AGRIDEA Deckungsbeitragskatalog, Swiss Agri-Environmental Data Network (SAEDN, Gilgen et al., 2023, https://ira.agroscope.ch/de-CH/publication/51897), Principles of fertilisation of agricultural crops in Switzerland (PRIF 2017, https://ira.agroscope.ch/de-CH/publication/52563), Labourscope (www.labourscope.ch) and more.
