This report summarizes the Second International Workshop on Horizon Scanning for Plant Health, held on February 11-13, 2025, at the ANSES headquarters in Maisons-Alfort, France. The main objective of this second workshop was to collect needs, priorities, and expectations from plant health risk managers in the field of horizon scanning and to start establishing the first plant health community on EIOS (the web-scraping and collaboration system for public health decision-making, managed by WHO and JRC).
