The ability to assess soil quality (‘soil fertility') and the effect thereon of management measures is an essential prerequisite for sustainable agricultural soil use and management.
This project field therefore develops, tests and makes available methodological principles, quantitative connections and practical tools for the holistic assessment of soil quality.
