From Emerging Risks to Real-Time Solutions in Food Safety
Today’s food safety landscape is more complex and fast-moving than ever before. Agroscope, CATALYSE Community of Practice, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), and the International Life Sciences Institute Europe (ILSI) have organised a focused 90-minute webinar featuring six expert presentations that spotlight both current and emerging risks – such as hepatitis E and H5N1. Join us to explore real-time solutions, including rapid detection technologies, protein quality insights, and the diverse pathogenicity of Listeria monocytogenes.
Organised by the CATALYSE Community of Practice, this session highlights how scientific innovation can be transformed into practical, scalable solutions to strengthen food safety across the entire system – from farm to fork.
The CATALYSE Community of Practice (CoP) is a forefront platform dedicated to supporting food system actors in the uptake of food safety knowledge and innovation.
