Fees
All the fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Registration fee
- Full fee: 400.- CHF
- Student fee: 350.- CHF
(Student fee: MSc and PhD students. Proof may be requested)
The registration fee includes only attendance to the conference, but no board and lodging.
Meals package
- Full meals package: 311.- CHF
The package includes all lunches, dinners and coffee breaks from Sunday dinner to Thursday lunch. We strongly recommend to book the meals package even for participants lodged outside Monte Verità, in oder to be able to join the conference group for lunches and dinners.
Monte Verità hotel
At the moment all rooms at Monte Verità are booked. However, in case of cancellations, some rooms may become available again and will be visible on Monte Verità’s booking platform following the booking of the meals package.
Accommodation in Ascona
Prices in other hotels in Ascona vary with hotel and room type. Some suggestions are provided in the registration procedure document, but there are many options available in the most common online hotel booking portals.
Excursion DOK experiment (11. October 2019)
- Fees for the excursion are included in the conferences fee.
- Travel to Basel and hotel in Basel have to be paid by the participants.
- Bus from Basel to the DOK field and back is organised and costs are included in the conference fee.
- The hotel in Basel (night 10th to 11th October 2019) has to be booked by the participants (for hotel information see DOK excursion page)
