Historical
The former Swiss federal agricultural research stations, established between the late 19th century and the 1970s, were gradually consolidated in the 1990s and finally merged in 2014 to form the single institution now known as Agroscope.
Viticulture
Research in viticulture and oenology at Agroscope is intended to solve practical problems of Swiss wine growers, taking into account regional conditions.
