Bei der Vergärung der Maische beginnt des Brenners Können und führt zu einem delikaten Edelbrand. Während dieses Prozesses können Probleme auftauchen wie etwa Gärstockungen. Unsere Forschung arbeitet daher an praxistauglichen Lösungen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung bezüglich Rohmaterial, Einmaischen, Gär- und Brenntechnik und der Fertigstellung von Edelbränden. Unsere Fachleute wenden ihr Knowhow auch an bei der sensorischen Beurteilungen anlässlich von Edelbrand-Prämierungen oder bieten Kurse für Brenner und Brennauftraggeber an.

New Agroscope Guidelines for Distilleries
Agroscope provides distilleries with practical guidelines and worksheets on good practice, self-monitoring and occupational safety. The documents were developed together with industry representatives and offer concrete assistance for day-to-day operations.
