The annual conference of the SGA on the topic of ‘Evidence-based agriculture and food policy – the role of research in policy development’ will take place at the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL in Frick on 28 and 29 April 2022.
Society places high demands on the agricultural sector. Agricultural policy faces major challenges. Research can make an important contribution to the further development of the agriculture and food sector. At the annual conference of the Swiss Society for Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology (SGA), researchers as well as individuals from management and practice meet to discuss potential solutions for present-day challenges.
As a member of the Swiss Society of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology, Agroscope is a co-organiser of the annual conference. The conference languages are German, French and English. Translations are not provided.
