Analytical, microbiological and sensory follow-up of ACW’s viticulture material, plants in stock (rootstock, scions) and of finished wine (ageing of musts, grape harvesting, fermentation).
Analysis of samples provided by external customers. Regular and usually long-term analyses are done by contractors; for special or occasional analyses refer to the cantonal offices in charge of such matters.
