Registration fees in Swiss Francs

The registration fee includes : Symposium conferences, coffee breaks and lunches during the Symposium, abstracts booklet and the Symposium proceedings in Acta Horticulturae.

Accommodation

Participants to the Symposium will benefit from exclusive special rates in selected hotels . Rooms will be booked by the organizing committee and participants are kindly required not to contact these hotels directly. The prices are per person and per night, including breakfast (list of the hotels see under 'General information').

Payment
We cannot receive payments from credit cards. You have to pay the registration fees by bank transfer, and the amount must be free of charges or bank commission. Please specify your Surname and First Name along with the "Symposium ISHS-ACW" as reason of payment. Please send the receipt or the copy of the payment to the Organizing Secretariat, otherwise the access to the Symposium will not be allowed. Please also take the receipt with you to be able so show it unpon arrival if necessary.

Cancellation policy
For written cancellations received by the Organizing Secretariat no later than May 31, 2011, a penalty of 50% of the entire fee will be applied; no refund is provided for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows.
