ALP has at its disposition an interdisciplinary platform on the safety of foodstuffs. It is a contact site for all questions concerning the safety of foodstuffs of animal origin, covering the complete food chain from animals to the consumer. Our objectives are as follows:

• Thanks to our research, we try to fill existing gaps in the present knowledge
• We wish that the branch can prove the safety of its products with internationally recognized systems
• We want to guarantee the popularity and export of raw milk Swiss cheeses
